Festivities in Frenchtown 2023

Santa on the River - *Rescheduled!

New Date: Sunday, December 17, 2023

   

Santa Claus is coming to Frenchtown!

He's leaving his sleigh and reindeer friends at the North Pole for this visit and will instead be arriving by boat with Mrs.Claus! You can watch as they arrive from the bridge at 1:00 pm.

Here's the day's schedule:

1:00 PM : Del Val's High School Choir will be in Sunbeam Park caroling and then visit the downtown area 

1:00 PM: There will be a baked goods fundraiser for the Frenchtown Food Pantry 

1:30 - 4:00 PM : Santa & Mrs. Claus will dock by the bridge and join us in Sunbeam Park for pictures. 

 - Feel free to bring an ornament to help us decorate the Christmas tree! 

1:45 PM : Rogers Dance Studio will perform a dance routine

4:00 PM : Christmas Tree Lighting with Santa

5:00 PM : Santa takes a tour of Frenchtown on the fire truck


Holiday Market at Studio Route 29

Saturday, December 9th, 11- 3 pm

 

Local farms and prepared foods sellers will be here vending their own goods, as well as artist's offerings from Studio Route 29, the local community, and some of their peers in the Progressive Art Studio movement.

Frenchtown's Favorite Bagpiper will be walking to streets of downtown Frenchtown to spread some holiday cheer!

Come for a visit on Saturday, December, 9th to have a listen from 11 - 1pm! 


2nd Annual Christmas Caroling with Rock Art Revival

Sunday, December 10th, starts at 1:00 pm

Join us for our 2nd annual Christmas Caroling in Frenchtown. We will start and end on the porch of Rock Art Revival at 41 Bridge St, and will make our way around the town to the local businesses, street walkers, and whoever else wants to lend us their ears!

We know we can count on our neighbors to help us raise funds for the Open Door Community Pantry while supporting a dozen of our most creative community members, individual makers who do not have store fronts in town, and who rely on your support of Small Business and the Arts!

Music, refreshments, door prizes every hour!

Chair massage by the minute Friday from 3-8, Tarot readings both days, and  live music from Val Sivilli and Ally Sobey.  Meet and greet local author Hannah Howard, and discover all the handmade gift items you could possibly desire! Catherine Lent will be having a children’s special on Glitter tattoos and holiday flash for both Henna and Jagua!
