Ever wanted to try your hand at making an artisan loaf of bread? Now's your chance! Sign up for the bread making workshop at Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse Sunday, April 16. You will learn about artisan baking with their very own Nina White! Nina will take the group through mixing, forming, and baking their Rustic Wheat Loaf, and you will also be forming 3 other breads in order to experience a number of dough types and forming techniques. Types of flour, baking with sourdough starter, and techniques for consistent results will be discussed. They plan to get a lot done in an afternoon, so be prepared to work!
Each participant will go home with the breads baked during the class, as well as starter, written instructions, and recipes.
Class is limited to 12 participants. Adolescents with an interest in baking are welcome. This class is appropriate for all skill levels.
Proof of vaccination will be required.
